Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your data from AdForge.

If you wish to delete your data from AdForge, you can do so through any of the following methods:

1. Within AdForge

Navigate to Settings > Connected Accounts, select the Instagram account you wish to disconnect, and click “Remove Account”. All associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

2. Via Email

Send a data deletion request to aitechnologylabs@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the Instagram username(s) for which you want data deleted. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

3. Via Facebook Settings

You can also revoke AdForge’s access to your Instagram data directly through your Facebook Settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. Find AdForge and click “Remove”
  3. This will revoke our access and trigger data deletion

What Happens After Deletion

Upon receiving a deletion request or access revocation, we will:

  • Delete all stored Instagram insights data for the specified account(s)
  • Delete all cached media metadata
  • Remove the account connection from our system
  • Send a confirmation email once deletion is complete
