AdForge (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a product of Digital Advertising Media LTD. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the AdForge platform (“Service”). AdForge is a content analytics and management platform that integrates with the Instagram Graph API to provide performance insights for Instagram Business accounts.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Instagram Account Data

When you connect an Instagram Business account to AdForge, we access the following data through the Instagram Graph API:

  • Account profile information (username, profile picture, bio, follower count)
  • Media data (posts, Reels, Stories metadata including captions, timestamps, and media type)
  • Insights and analytics data (impressions, reach, engagement, saves, shares, video views, audience demographics)

2.2 Usage Data

We collect basic usage data related to how the Service is used, including login timestamps and feature usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for:

  • Displaying Instagram content performance metrics within the AdForge dashboard
  • Generating analytics reports on reach, engagement, and audience behavior
  • Providing content optimization recommendations based on historical performance data
  • Managing posting schedules and content workflows

We do NOT use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Service’s core analytics functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers
  • Access to data is restricted to authorized team members only
  • We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your Instagram data with any third parties. Data accessed through the Instagram Graph API is used solely within the AdForge platform for the purposes described in this policy.

6. Data Retention

  • Instagram insights data is retained for as long as the associated account is connected to AdForge
  • Upon disconnection of an Instagram account, associated data is deleted within 30 days
  • Users may request immediate deletion of their data at any time by contacting us

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about your connected Instagram accounts
  • Request correction of any inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect your Instagram account from AdForge at any time
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Meta Platform Terms

Our use of Instagram data is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We comply with all applicable Meta data use requirements, including:

  • We only access data that users have authorized
  • We do not use data for surveillance or to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the Service
  • We delete data when required by Meta or when a user revokes access
  • We do not transfer or sell data obtained from Meta APIs

9. Children’s Privacy

AdForge is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
